When will you ship my animals?
First things first, YOUR ANIMALS' WELFARE COMES FIRST!! I know you're really excited to meet your new friends and want them shipped out ASAP but we need to make sure your animals are shipped safely and responsibly! This means that I will not ship on/around major holidays, will not ship during extreme weather and will only drop off packages Monday - Wednesday to make sure your animals won't get stuck in the post office. I will do my best to communicate any delays with you and expected ship dates.
Live reptiles can ONLY BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT and need to be picked up right away in the morning so I will need to schedule a shipping date that aligns with your schedule! After purchasing animals from me (Isopods or reptiles) I will (weather permitting) have them shipped the following week unless you have scheduled purchased a photo package for your new friend!

Isopods can be shipped via USPS priority while reptiles can only be shipped via FEDEX overnight shipping. I will also not accept any second party labels. I keep my shipping rates as low as possible in order to cover all my shipping materials such as boxes, cryopaks, heat packs, adapteks, delis and moss! It adds up fast!

Local Pickup​
Local pickup is available for all live animals and hardgoods and must be scheduled at the most convenient time for both parties.

Rabbits
Rabbits can only be picked up locally and CANNOT be shipped.​
​Live arrival Guarantee
At the end of the day my goal is to ensure that your animals reach you safely and that you have a GREAT experience purchasing from me. I promise I will do my absolute BEST to make sure that your animals reach you safely. I also, however also need your help in ensuring the safe arrival of your animals.

Isopods: Can be shipped via priority mail, 2 day or overnight via FEDEX or USPS. If destination temp is below 40F or above 80F, the package will be marked hold for pickup at the shipping hub for a valid live arrival guarantee. The package can be delivered to door by customer request, but this voids the guarantee. Held packages must be picked up within 24 hours and photographs of DOAs in held and delivered packages must be sent one hour after the package has been marked as "Delivered". Please take lots of pictures. They can help me learn to pack even better too!

Each count of isopods contains a few extra individuals. These individuals are not covered by the LAG. For example if you purchase a 10 count of isopods you will receive 10 + a few more individuals. You are eligible for partial refunds or credit for any death below the guaranteed count (10 in the example), but not for the extras ;)

​Reptiles: These kiddos can ONLY BE SHIPPED FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT and must be picked up as soon as possible in the morning (most packages should reach their destination by 10:30 am at the latest). Please pick up your kiddo as soon as possible after delivery. I will not apply LAG for animals left for excessive amounts of time at the hub. If you purchase a reptile for me I will be contacting you by phone and/or email to schedule your shipment within 48 (business) hours of you placing the order. Please be patient with me I am a one man team! I will not ship to your door even if LAG is removed because I don't believe the risk of your animal arriving sick or dead is EVER an option.

Rabbits
Rabbits can only be picked up locally and CANNOT be shipped. Each rabbit has a 7 day health guarantee and may be exchanged if any health issues arise during the 7 day period.
Returns and Cancellations
​Cancellations are accepted, but with a 10% deduction processing fee. This fee is still applied in the event the customer did not enter sufficient information to send the package (i.e., omitting full name, phone number, etc.). Cancellations made the day of shipping/packing (Sunday through Tuesday) will be applied with a 20% restocking fee.
No returns on any animals are accepted. Returns on unopened dry goods accepted, less postage fee.
We do accept cancellations on reptiles, but as these are specific animals being sold and in limited, exact supply there is a 25% cancellation fee on any reptile order. If you place a reptile order and do not contact me/I am unable to contact you within 2 months I will automatically cancel your order.
